AS A SOPHOMORE (2018)
Named to the Peach Belt All-Academic team…Competed in all four throwing events during her sophomore season…Season-best in the hammer and javelin came at the 2018 Peach Belt Conference Championship with marks of 31.55m and 29.42m…Threw a personal-best in the discus at the Miami Hurricane Invitational at 38.07m…Later set a career-best in the shotput at the Miami Alumni Invitational with a toss of 10.08m.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017)
Competed in all four throwing events during her first year with the Sharks…Set personal-bests in the hammer and javelin throw at the Peach Belt Conference Championship...Placed sixth in javelin at 31.69m and ninth in the hammer with a throw of 34.49m…Also set season-bests in the discus and shotput at the PBC…Claimed eighth in the Discus at a toss of 32.01m and threw 9.93m in the shotput.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years of soccer, basketball and track at West York Area High School…Earned 11 varsity letters, 1st team Division II Soccer team, led basketball team in rebounds and steals senior year… Len Wolfe memorial award, Student Council's sportsmanship award in soccer and basketball…Also competed for Advanced Hoops for two years and York Thunder for one year for coaches Bob Felker and Darrel Wildasin.
 
PERSONAL
Majoring in Exercise and Sport Science…Born in York, Pennsylvania…Daughter of Perry and Rebecca Tallman and has two brothers, Matthew and Brett...Most memorable sports achievement was winning the YAIAA Championship with her basketball team…Volunteered for church mission trips, church nursery, neighborhood dinners and cooked of the local soup kitchen…Her grandfather his the most influential person because he taught her to always be appreciative for what she has…Hobbies include reading, going on fishing trips, watching Netflix and hanging out with friends…Came to NSU for the small class sizes, beautiful campus and professors...Favorite subject in school is Anatomy.
