AS A JUNIOR (2021)
Spring 2021: Competed in two tournaments during the season, spanning a total of six rounds…Posted a scoring average of 77.50…Shot a season-low round of (-1) 71 at the Saint Leo Invitational (2/22)...Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)
Fall 2019: Competed in all four tournaments during the fall...Posted an average score of 75.00 over the course of 12 rounds...Finished seventh at the Miami Intercollegiate (10/22)...Earned 26th in NSU debut at the Jay Jennison Cup (9/24)...Played three rounds at or below par...Sunk three eagles...Recorded a Par-5 scoring average of 4.94. 

Spring 2020: Appeared in two tournaments, earning his way into the lineup at the Matlock Collegiate Classic…Posted a scoring average of 84.50 over the course of six rounds…Recorded a season-low (+6) 78 in the opening round of the Saint Leo Invitational (2/24).

Fall 2017: Competed in his first collegiate event at the Quail Valley Collegiate, helping the Bulls break school and tournament records during their 19-shot victory...Carded two 73s at the Quail Valley Collegiate and finished fifth on the team with a 74.0 fall season scoring average.

Spring 2018: Competed in two events - the USF Invitational and the Old Waverly Collegiate...Posted a 78.5 scoring average through nine rounds.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended American Heritage School Plantation...As a senior, was selected both the Miami Herald Broward County Golfer of the Year and the Sun Sentinel Golfer of the Year...Won an individual district championship, as well as a state title...Competed at the state tournament during all four years.

Majoring in Finance, while working towards a minor in Psychology...Most memorable athletic achievement was winning the state championship as a senior in high school...Chose NSU because of the coaches, location and reputation of the program...Names his parents as the most influential people in his life because they introduced him to the game of golf and have always supported him...Son of Jorge and Kelly Cachon...Has two siblings, Amanda and Michael.
