Posted a season best time of 34:45 in the 10K at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/7/2009), helping his team qualify for the NCAA national Championships... Also competed in track and field.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a personal-best 8K time of 26:09 at the Florida Tech Invitational (9/10/08), finishing 11th out of 69 runners...Was ninth our of 96 runners at the FLRunners.com Invitational presented by Nike (10/4/08), traversing the 8K course in a time of 26:55.65...Recorded a career-best 10K time of 34:41 and was 42nd out of 113 runners at the NCAA Division II South Region Championships (11/8/08)...TRACK: Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters at Miami Elite (4/11/09), crossing the finish line in a time of 4:07.20, which placed ninth...Had a second-place finish in the 3,000 meters at Miami Elite with a career-best time of 9:05.41...Was third in the 5,000 meters at the Hurricane Invitational (3/20-21/09) with a personal record time of 15:38.68...Anchored the program-record setting 4x800-meter relay team that ran 8:15.38 at the Embry Riddle Last Chance (2/21/09)...Was the third-leg on the 4x800-meter relay team that had a race-winning time of 8:23.15 at FSU Relays (3/26-28/09).

AS A FRESHMAN (2007-08) CROSS COUNTRY: Made his first appearance for the Sharks at the FLRunners.com Invitational placing 34th with a time of 29:28.66 (10/05/07)...Showed immediate improvement at the Sodexho Hatter Invitational, placing 34th and cutting his time down to 28:24 (10/12/07)...Helped the Sharks to a third-place finish at the SSC Championship where he placed 20th (10/20/07)...Earned a spot on the regional team and helped the Sharks to a seventh place finish at the NCAA Division II South Regional Championship (11/03/07)... Earned Coach's Award at the NSU Athletics Banquet...TRACK: Ran a season-best 15:52.70 in the 5,000 meters at the Hurricane Invitational (3/22/08)...Was second in the 5,000 meters at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance Meet with a time of 16:40.05 (2/23/08)...Ran a season-best 9:08.30 in the 3,000 meters at Miami Elite (4/12/08)...Clocked 4:18.17 and finished fifth in the 1,500 meters at the FAU Invitational (3/15/08).
