AS A JUNIOR (2010-11)
At the All-Florida invitational Bunge and his team turned in a sixth-place time of 3:13.02 in the 400-yard free relay…In the 50-yard free Bunge finished seventh (0:23.05) competing against Florida Atlantic (10/29/10)…Against Florida International and Florida Atlantic Bunge was the top Shark in the 50-yard freestyle finishing fourth with a time of 0:22.91 (1/29/11)…In the 400-yard free relay, Bunge and his teammates posted a NCAA “B” qualifying time of 3:03.07 for third place at the SSC Championship (2/17/11).
PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Swam for the University of New Orleans for two years… He was a top competitor in the 50m and 100y freestyle and in the 400y individual medley…
HIGH SCHOOL
Swam for four years at Glendale High School… Served as captain for two years… Throughout his career he was a four time all-conference, three time all-state and a five time all-state honorable mention athlete.
PERSONAL
An athletic training major… His favorite foods are rotel and wings… Lists Will Farrell as his favorite actor and Old School as his favorite movie… Macrus Allen is his favorite professional athlete and the Kansas City Chiefs is his favorite sports team… Son of Bill and Landra Bunge… Has two sisters Erin and Meagan.
