AS A FRESHMAN (2009)
Raced on the Novice 8 and multiple Fours...Was 7-seat on the Novice 8 that defeated Central Oklahoma at the Division II Duals (3/27-28/09)...Also helped the Novice 8 to a second-place finish at the FIRA Championships (4/10-11/09) and a third-place showing at the SIRA Championships (4/18-19/09)...Part of two Second Varsity 4 boats that registered victories at the Division II Duals...Member of the Novice 4 that had a race-winning time at the FIRA Championships...Part of the boat that won the Open 4 at the Barry-Nova Annual Dual (4/4/09).
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year letterwinner...Helped Egg Harbor Township to an 11th-place finish at nationals in 2008.

Born in Somers Point, N.J...Education major...Favorite team is the New York Giants...Lists the Bahamas as vacation hotspot...Daughter of Jill and John McElhenny...Has two sisters, Lauren, who was a member of NSU's rowing team and part of the 2009 NCAA Varsity 4 National Champion boat, and Paige.
