NSU Student-Athletes Learn How to Become Winners Outside the Lines NSU Hosts Career Workshop for Underclassman
Over 75 Nova Southeastern University junior and senior student-athletes attended an upper-classmen workshop on how to market in a business atmosphere which was conducted by NSU teacher and protocol consultant Mary Harris on Wednesday, April 6 at the Grande Oaks Golf Club.

Click Here For Complete Release		 The Nova Southeastern athletic department, in conjunction with NSU Office of Career Development, hosted the program’s first ever student-athlete career workshop for underclassmen. Athletes from NSU’s volleyball, baseball, softball, tennis, rowing, men’s and women’s soccer participated in the event.

Canned Food Donation
 Cultural Unity Day

Each year the student athletes in the Academic Success Program collect food donations that are delivered to H.A.N.D.Y.(Helping Abused Neglected Disadvantaged Youth) families. Attached is the photo of our donations that were delivered to the families.

Each year the student athletes in the Academic Success program participate in local elementary school’s Cultural Unity Day, where they represent the countries they are from. The students set up tables and booths with artifacts from their country, including sports, jerseys, food, etc. Attached is a photo of their booth from 2010.
