AS A SENIOR (2020)*
Started in all 22 games for the Sharks before the season was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, largely at designated hitter (13 games), but also playing four games at third base, two games at first base, two games in the outfield and one game at second base...Batted .280 with a .410 on-base percentage, tying for the second most doubles (7) [ranking 82nd in the NCAA] and adding one home run, also topping the Sharks and ranking fourth in the Sunshine State Conference with 18 walks - the 37th-most in the NCAA for the year...Led the team with an SSC fifth-most 21 RBI to rank 82nd in the NCAA, also ranking third for NSU with 15 runs...Tied for the most stolen bases with an NCAA 37th-best 10-for-13 success rate, matching his career high with two against NAIA No. 1 St. Thomas (2/2) after walking a career-high three times against the Bobcats...Registered a season-high five RBI versus Assumption (3/8) in the final game of the shortened season, with an RBI groundout in the opening frame and a grand slam in the ninth...Connected for season-high 3-for-4 batting against American International (3/6)...Tallied six multi-hit games, five multi-RBI outings and safely reached base in 21 games, closing the year on a six-game streak...Named to the Spring SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
AS A JUNIOR (2019)
Named to All-Sunshine State Conference second team and Division II Collegiate Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-South Region second team - both accolades are at designated hitter...Kicked off his breakout Junior campaign with a 4-for-4 hitting performance against Tusculum (2/1), driving in four runs and scoring two more himself…Played in 38 games for the Sharks, starting in 33 and raised his batting average for the third straight year reaching a team best .360…Led the Sharks with 12 doubles, hitting two against Keiser (4/16) in three plate appearances and adding a pair against Florida Southern (4/26)…Hit three home runs over the course of the season…Led all Sharks’ hitters with a .474 on-base percentage...Was red hot during the Florida Southern series, hitting 7-for-11 with three doubles, six runs and four RBI across the three game stretch of the regular season’s final weekend...Hit 3-for-5 in the NCAA South Regional game against Spring Hill, smacking a double and scoring twice to help the Sharks move on to the Regional Semifinal...Tied for fourth for NSU with 11 multiple-hit games…Tied for third on the team with eight multiple-RBI games…His longest streak of reaching base was 20 games.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018)
Put together a solid campaign, starting 22 of the 31 games appeared in during the 2018 season…Batted .302 with three home runs and 16 RBI, to go along with seven doubles, 13 walks and three stolen bases…Belted his first two home runs as a Shark in a career high game with five hits, seven RBI, and four runs scored against Catawba (2/4).
AS A FRESHMAN (2017)
Appeared in 20 games, making eight starts during his first year with the Sharks…First collegiate hit was a double against PBA (2/14)…Notched first multi-run game against Notre Dame College (3/6), with first career RBI coming a day later against Felician (3/7)…Recorded a .250 batting average to go along with seven runs scored, one RBI, and seven walks.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played at J.P. Taravella HS under head coach Alan Clark, where he was teammates with fellow incoming freshman Nik Sanders... Hit .349 as a senior, with six home runs and 22 runs batted in... was named to the 9A-11 All-District team, the HSBN All-County second team, the Miami Herald All-County second team, the Senior All-Star Public Team, and earned a BCAA Scholar Athlete Award.
