AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
Manned the hot corner for the Sharks, starting 45 games at third base and batting in the heart of the lineup…Is the team's lone returning First-Team All-Sunshine State Conference representative…Tied for third on the squad with a .333 batting average…His 35 RBI was second-highest and ranked him 15th in the SSC…Was also second on the team in doubles (12) and was third in hits (55)…Was a perfect 5-for-5 on stolen base attempts…Both of his home runs came against ranked opponents…His first home run as Shark came against No. 6 Tampa (4/27), while the second was in a 9-8 win on Senior Night over No. 19 Florida Tech (5/9)…Had his best night at the plate at Rollins (5/3), going 4-for-6 with three doubles, four runs scored and five RBI…Also had four hits earlier in the season against Wilmington, in five at-bats, scoring twice and knocking in two runs…Boosted his average from .255 to .308 with that performance, which never dipped below .300 for the remainder of the season…In the Sharks' 26-2 win over Eckerd (3/16), was 3-for-7, with three runs scored and four RBI…Had three RBI in each of back-to-back games against St. Thomas (4/9) and Florida Southern (4/12).

PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Transferred from the University of Florida…Played in three games, going 2-for-4 with a triple and home run.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played at American Heritage in Davie…Hit .500 his senior season with 11 home runs, 39 RBI and a 613 on-base percentage…Repeated as the Broward Class 3A-2A-1A All-County Player of the Year…Was also named as an AFLAC All-American…Most memorable athletic achievement was winning a National Championship in high school.
