AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Started 13-of-16 appearances his sophomore year... Slashed .156/.286/.222... In 45 at bats, Aven recorded seven hits, ten runs, five RBI, three doubles, and seven walks... His best game of the season came against Barry on 4/23/22, Aven went 3/6 with two doubles, and two runs, helping the Sharks secure the 8-6 victory.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
Started 3-of-9 appearances his freshman year... Slashed .083/.214/.333... In 12 at bats, Aven recorded one hit, one run, one RBI, one home run, and one walk... Against Tampa on 4/3/21, Aven recorded his first collegiate hit, which also was his first collegiate home run.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played all four years of high school, helping American Heritage High School to four District Championships under his father, Bruce Aven…Across his final two years, including a pandemic-shortened senior season, batted .311 with 24 RBI and a .387 on-base percentage…Named All-District and was an Honor Society member with over 400 Community Service hours, graduating with a 3.9 GPA…Played his summer baseball for Elite Squad under Ritchie Palmer, batting .318 with 13 RBI and 13 runs in 2018, and .407 with 29 RBI and 16 runs in 2017… Named MVP of 2017 Sophomore World Championship with 15 RBI in just seven games…Named Perfect Game Florida All-Region Second Team and was ranked in the Top-500 in PG national rankings.

Majoring in Business Management...Son of Bruce and Mary Ann Aven...Has one sibling, Macey... Notes his most memorable athletic achievement as winning MVP of the Sophomore World Championship, and hitting a go-ahead three-run home run in an intense high school game against Vero Beach…About NSU, he likes that they are competitive year in and year out and wanted to be a part of that culture competing for a National Championship, in addition to all the great programs NSU offers…The most influential person in his life has been his father, who not only taught baseball since a young age, but how to respect others and most of all, how to work hard – nothing comes easy and nothing is handed to you.
