Appeared and started in 30 games for NSU... Earned two Player of the Week honors...  Tabbed a spot on the All-SSC first team and All-SSC newcomer team.. Named to the All-South Region second team... Averaged 17.1 points per game on 45% shooting from the field...  Shot 40% from three... Finished the regular season ranked third in the SSC in ppg... Scored a career high 31 points against Eckerd (12/3)... Recorded a double-double against Montevallo (11/11), finishing with 11 rebounds and 11 assists... Recorded the first triple double for NSU since Christen Prasse did it on February 27, 2019, filling the stat sheet with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists against Lynn (1/21)... Grabbed a career high 17 rebounds against Florida Southern (1/1).

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Played four years at Iowa State University... During the 2021-2022 season, appeared in 22 games, averaging 4.5 minutes of action... Frederick earned Academic All-Big 12 First-team honors for three straight seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended and played basketball at Tippecanoe High School for one year, and at Hamilton High School for three years... Four-time All-Conference performer, earning first-team honors her freshman and junior years while competing for Hamilton High School… averaged 15.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.0 steals and 0.3 blocks per game as a junior and led her team to a 26-4 overall record and an Arizona State Championship in her sophomore campaign while earning a spot on the All-Arizona First Team… played final year of high school in Tipp City, Ohio, at Tippecanoe High School….named Ohio Player of the Year in her senior campaign as well as First-Team All-Ohio…a Gatorade Player of the Year nominee and a top-150 prospect on ProspectsNation.com.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Ryan and Tracee Frederick... has one sibling, Zach... seeking a Master's in Leadership... most memorable athletic achievement was playing in the NCAA March Madness Sweet Sixteen... spent time volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club, the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, and other organizations which she was able to participate in through athletics with her teammates... decided to come to NSU because of the team, coaching staff, and the location of NSU... most influential person in her life is her family because they have always supported and helped her to always appreciate the joys that life presents us.
