AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)
Made 15 appearances, 10 of which Kavanaugh got the start... Registered a 5.68 ERA with a 3-4 record... His first career start came against Catawba on 2/3/22, pitching 4.0 innings, striking out four, while only allowing two hits against the 19 batters he faced.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)
Made seven relief appearances... Registered a 0.63 ERA with a 2-0 record, and held batters to a .189 average with only 10 hits allowed in 14.1 innings... Recorded two saves on the season, with the first coming against Barry on 4/15/21 (1.0 innings, 0 hits, 0 runs), and the second coming against Lynn on 4/24/21 (3.0 innings, three hits, one strikeout)... Struck out 17 batters on the season.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020)*
Made six relief appearances in his initial rookie season before the season was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic...Registered a 0.00 ERA with no decisions, holding the opposition to a .179 average with only five hits allowed in 7.2 innings...Led the Sharks in the shortened season with two saves, ranking 58th in the NCAA standings...Recorded 12 strikeouts with only two walks through 31 batters faced, recording an NSU fourth best 0.91 WHIP...Made his collegiate debut against No. 16 Newberry (2/15), closing out the final inning with a strikeout to give the trailing Sharks a chance to overcome the Wolves...Produced his best 2020 outing in his next appearance, going 3.1 innings to take the game to extras in the 14-inning marathon at Palm Beach Atlantic (2/18), allowing just one hit and one intentional walk, while striking out six batters.
