AS A SENIOR (2019)
Played in 42 games with 34 starts for the Sharks, splitting duties between catcher and first base…Posted a .222 batting average with a .397 slugging percentage…Tied for fourth on the team with four home runs…Contributed 28 hits and ranked fifth on the team with eight doubles…Debuted as a Shark with a bang against Tusculum, going 2-for-4 with both of his hits for home runs, registering five RBI (2/1)…His other two home runs came in consecutive games against Florida Tech (3/16) and St. Thomas 3/20)…Had five multiple-RBI games…Went a perfect four stolen bases off four attempts.
SUMMER 2018
Appeared in 21 games for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters of the Northwoods League, hitting a homer and collecting 14 RBI.

Saw action in 17 games and made one start behind the plate as a Junior for the Auburn Tigers…Went 1-for1 with a walk and run scored in a reserve role vs. BYU (Mar. 3) …made the start at catcher in a midweek contest vs. Memphis (Mar. 14)…came off the bench and went 1-for-1 with a run scored in a win vs. No. 17 Vanderbilt (May 6) … saw action behind the plate in postseason games vs. No. 4 Ole Miss (May 25), Northeastern (June 1) and Army (June 2). In 2017 as a Sophomore, saw action in 12 games and made four starts behind the plate…went 4-for-15 (.267) on the year…made his Auburn debut in game two of a doubleheader vs. George Washington (2/18)…went 2-for-2 with a run scored vs. Holy Cross (2/26)…went 1-for-3 with a run, three RBI and a double against Georgia Tech (4/4)…didn’t commit an error behind the plate and totaled 33 putouts and four assists.

Hails from Naples, Fla….Son of Mike and Ginny Rojas … has two siblings Michelle and Jennifer…Father is former Major League bullpen coach for Seattle (2014-15)…Previously spent time as a coach, minor league manager and player development official in Detroit Tigers organization…Also worked in Cincinnati, Houston and Chicago (AL) organizations…Grandfather, Cookie, played, managed and coached in the Major Leagues…Cookie was 5-time all-star who currently serves as television commentator for the Florida Marlins…Cookie played in big leagues from 1962-1977…Uncle Tab Rojas also played in Baltimore Orioles minor league system.
