AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2023)
One of five Sharks to start all 59 games of the season... finished with a .253 batting average after tallying 45 hits in 178 at bats... recorded five doubles and one triple with 21 RBI, scoring 21 times... got walked eight times during the season... made 71 putouts at third base with 106 assists... finished the season with nine multi-hit games, her best game coming against East Stroudsburg (2/10), where she went 3-4 with four RBI.
AS A SENIOR (2022)
Started all 52 games... Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete... finished with 28 hits, 14 runs, and 13 RBI's... recorded five doubles which was tied for third on the team... had a season high four assists against Auburn Montgomery (5/13)... put together a great batting day against Florida Tech (3/19), batting in three runs.
AS A JUNIOR (2021)
Saw action in 19 games with 19 starts… finished with a .216 batting average after recording 11 hits in 51 at-bats with two doubles and one homer… scored six times and had six RBI… made 17 put outs and 44 assists, second highest on the squad… recorded two hits in two separate games including a win over Barry on April 16 where she scored three times.
PRIOR TO NOVA SOUTHEASTERN
Played for two years for the Texas A&M - Corpus Christi Islanders… played in 11 games with three starts in a shortened 2020 season... as a freshman she appeared in 38 games making 35 starts, hitting .225 and collecting 20 hits with five doubles... scored eight runs and drove in one… held a .929 fielding percentage with 71 putouts and 60 assists... had four multi-hit games.
HIGH SCHOOL
Hit .610 with nine home runs and 55 runs batted in as a junior at Fort Worth Country Day School... Was named the team MVP, All-Zone and All-Conference while capping the year with a NPF Second Team All-American honor.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Ron and Sherri Burke and has one brother, Ryan… studying biology with a track pre-veterinary track… says her most memorable athletic moment was that she was a Top-5 finalist for Texas Christian Athlete of the Year during her senior year of high school… says her parents have been the most influential people in her life.
