AS A JUNIOR (2016)
Participated in all seven 2015 fall cross country events for the Sharks, playing a key role in the overall success of the team…Helped the Sharks claim the first spot as a team at the FAU Invitational 5k by finishing fifth in 16:01…Fastest runner for the Sharks at the Disney classic 8k with a time of 25:32…Took the fourth position in the Sunshine State Conference finals with an excellent 8k time of 25:46, earning a spot in the SSC All-Conference team…Set the third fastest time for the Sharks at the NCAA Division II Nationals at 32:47.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015)
Recognized by the United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association as an All-South Region honoree...posted career-best times in the 1,500m run, 5K and 3,000m steeplechase...Won the steeplechase at the Peach Belt Conference Championship with a career-best time of 9:06.98...Finished second at conference with a career-best time of 3:53.11 in the 1,500m run...Hit his third career-best at conference in the 5K, taking seventh with a time of 15:17.08.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
Claimed All-South Region honors as a freshman and helped his team claim third in the Sunshine State Conference...Recorded his best 8K time of 26:10 at the SSC CHampionship...That time ranked 18th all time in program history at the end of the season...Recorded his first collegiate 10K time of 34:12 at regionals...That time ranked 20th all time in program history at the end of the season.
 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Participated in track and field, cross country and soccer at Bangor Area HS under head coach Andrew Hartzell...Was named cross country MVP and defensive MVP for the soccer team.
