AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Saw action in 24 games, making 17 starts… averaged 9.0 points per game and pulled down 93 rebounds, second-highest on the team… she also recorded 40 steals, a team-high, and 59 assists… tallied a career-high 21 points against Barry on 12/30/17, connecting on a season-high eight field goals made and three three-pointers made… collected a career-high 11 rebounds on 1/17/18.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Played in 29 games with three starts, averaging 5.4 points and 20.4 minutes per game during her freshman campaign… scored a season-high 19 points with seven free-throws made against Armstrong State (11/26/16)… recorded a season-best six assists against Tampa (1/25/17) and six steals against Embry Riddle (12/30/16).

HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year varsity player for the Indians, Saunders also competed in volleyball for three years and softball for one… holds the title of all-time leading scorer at Farmington HS… awarded the title of FHS Outstanding Female Athlete as a senior… recorded an average 24 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.5 steals per game and picked up all-conference and all-state honors in her final season... was also named to the New Haven Register All-State, JCC Schoolboy Classic All-Star and CHSCA All-Star teams.
 
PERSONAL
Born in Hartford, Conn… majoring in exercise and sports science… daughter of Donna Williams and has four siblings, Jalen, Chardae, Jahkai and Jalysse… says her mother has been most influential in her life because of her work ethic and for doing so much for her and her family and she is forever thankful for her… her favorite movie is Safe Haven and favorite show is One Tree Hill… enjoys vacationing in California… favorite sports team is the New England Patriots and favorite athlete is Breanna Stewart.
