Appeared in six meets for the Sharks... finished with a time of 33:06.6 in the 10K at the NCAA South Region Championship... finished second with a personal-best in the 5K (15:45.) at the Keiser Invitational... ran a personal-best in the 8K (25:18.0) at the UAH Invitational.
2024 CROSS COUNTRY (JUNIOR)
Appeared in six meets for NSU... ran a personal best in the 5k (16:34.0), 6k (20:00.2), 8k (25:25.1), and 10k (32:38.2).
PRIOR TO NOVA SOUTHEASTERN
Attended and ran cross country for the University of Charleston for two seasons... Helped lead them to a Cross Country Championship in 2022.
