Victor Cardoso joins the NSU men's soccer coaching staff prior to the 2015 season. He previously played for the Sharks in 2014.
Cardoso was a one-year forward for the Sharks and led the team in goals scored with four over 15 matches. He also shared the team lead in assists at three. He took 45 shots on the season, with 25 recorded on target for a SOG percentage of .556.
In 2013, he appeared in 14 matches, starting three, for Grand Canyon University. He scored a goal on seven shots taken and held a .143 shot percentage. Previously, attended Illinois Central College. There, he was named M-WAC All-Conference and All-Region Honorable Mention after scoring eight goals and collecting four assists to finish with 20 total points, second-most on the team, in his first season.
Cardoso is a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil and is currently an NSU student majoring in sports management.
