AS A SENIOR (2017-18)
Recorded five personal bests in his final season for the Sharks… finished in 15th place in the 1000 free at the 2018 NCAA Div. II Championship with a time of 9:19.93… was named an NCAA Honorable Mention in the event… took third in the 500 free and fourth in the 1650 free at the 2018 SSC Championships… was a member of the 800 free relay that took the bronze at the championships… was named to the All-SSC Second Team… placed sixth in the 400 IM and seventh in the 1650 with an NCAA B-cut time of 15:59.60 at the Spartan Invitational… took eighth in the 1000 free in the Div. II Fall Showcase.

AS A JUNIOR (2016-17)
Woodrow placed 14^th in the 1000-yard Freestyle (9:17.52), 15^th in the 1650-yard Freestyle (15:43.52), and 500-yard Freestyle (4:31.84) at the NCAA Division II Championships…At the SSC Championship, Woodrow claimed 2^nd in the 100-yard Freestyle (9:14.82) and the 1650-yard Freestyle (15:38.94)…Placed 3^rd in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:28.18), 4^th in the 400-yard Individual Medley with a best time of 3:57.03…Assisted the men’s 800-yard Freestyle Relay place 9^th with a time of 6:44.54…Claimed first in the 1000-yard Freestyle at the home tri-meet, against Rollins and Florida Southern…Finished 4^th in the 500 Freestyle and 1000 Freestyle earlier in October against Indian River State with 4:55.12 and 9:58.83…Placed 3^rd  in the 500 Freestyle (4:54.72) and 4^th in the 1000 Freestyle (10:04.44) at the FIU and Indian River tri-meet.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015-16)
Claimed the following finishes at NCAA Championships: ninth in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:34.64); 11^th in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:16.30); 13^th in the 500-yard freestyle (4:29.09)…Member of the men’s team that took fourth at NCAA Championships…Received the following honors: 1650-yard freestyle All-American Honorable Mention; 500-yard freestyle All-American Honorable Mention…Named to the All-SSC First Team…Claimed the following at SSC Championships: second in the 100-yard freestyle (9:12.50); second in the 500-free (4:29.57); second in the 1650-free (15:33.69); and seventh in the 400-yard IM (3:59.65)…Set personal best times in the following: 50-yard freestyle (22.49) versus Indian River State; 500-free (4:28.94) at NCAAs; and 1000-free (9:12.50) at SSC Championships with a personal best time…Had top regular season finishes in the following events: first in the 1000-free (9:33.27) against Limestone; first in the 1650-free (16:43.09), second in the 400 IM (4:22.82) and third in the 100-free (51.39) versus Rollins; seventh in the 50-free (22.77) against Tampa.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014-15)
Had the following finishes at NCAA Championships: seventh in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:30.22); 10^th in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:15.19); 12^th in the 500-yard freestyle (4:29.35)…Received the following honors: 1,650-free All-American; 1000-free Honorable Mention; 50-yard freestyle Honorable Mention…Named to the All-SSC First Team…Earned the following finishes at the SSC Championships: second in the 1000-free (9:13.74); ninth in the 400-yard IM (3:58.21); third in the 500-free (4:31.01); and third in the 1650-free (15:31.87)…Set career best times in the 100-free (49.21), 200-yard backstroke (2:06.88) and the 400-yard IM (3:58.21)…Took third in the 500-free (4:48.06) versus Florida Tech…Had two first-place finishes in the 1000-free against Bridgeport (9:44.00) and Grand Valley State (9:44.20).
