AS A SENIOR (2016-17)
At the NCAA Division II Championships, Sickert claimed 5th place with a best time in the 200-yard butterfly (1:46.57) and the 100-yard Freestyle (43.46)…Placed 7th in the 100-yard Butterfly (47.74) and 14th in the finals of the 50-yard Freestyle (20.35). In relays, Sickert assisted the men’s team claim 2nd in the Men’s 400-yard Medley Relay (3:11.82), 3rd in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay (6:30.30), and 4th in the men’s 400-yard Freestyle Relay (2:56.18)…During the SSC Championships, Sickert placed 3rd in the 400-yard Individual Medley (3:55.59) and 200-yard Breaststroke (2:00.93)…Came in 6th in the 200-yard Individual Medley (1:50.16) and 200-yard Butterfly (1:49.60)…Assisted the men’s team place 9th in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay, 12th in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:05.85) and 12th in the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:31.97)…Claimed first in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 45.90 during the last home meet, and was part of the final 200 Freestyle Relay (Sickert, Lobanov, Elder, & Lupoli) that won with a time of 1:23.35…Swam as a member of the 400 Medley Relay (Aldabe, Sickert, Lobanov, & Lupoli) that placed first with a winning time of 3:21.30…Won the 50 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly for the Sharks against Keiser University.
AS A JUNIOR (2015-16)
Had the following finishes at NCAA Championships: first in the 200-yard butterfly (1:44.69); second in the 100-yard freestyle (43.03); third as part of the 800-yard freestyle relay team (6:30.84); fourth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:35.52); fifth in the 50-yard freestyle (19.80) with a personal best time and NSU record; third as part of the 200-yard medley relay (1:27.11) that set a school record; and third as part of the 400-yard medley relay team (3:10.71) setting a NSU record…Member of the men’s team that took fourth at NCAA Championships…Received the following honors: 200-yard butterfly All-American; 50-yard freestyle All-American; 100-yard freestyle All-American; 200-yard freestyle All-American; 200-yard medley relay All-American; 400-yard medley relay All-American; 800-yard freestyle relay All-American…Named SSC Men’s Swimmer of the Year for the second consecutive season…Named to the All-SSC First Team and SSC Male Swimmer of the Meet at SSC Championships…Claimed the following at SSC Championships: first in the 100-yard butterfly (47.14) setting a new SSC Championship meet record, NSU record and personal best time; first in the 200-fly (1:46.05) breaking the SSC Championship meet record; first in the 100-free (43.79); second in the 50-free (20.00); and first as part of the 400-medley relay team (3:12.10) that set a SSC Championship meet record…Set a personal best, new school record and SSC record in the 100-free (42.98)…Swam a career high in the 500-yard freestyle (4:50.00)…Named SSC Swimmer of the Week after winning all six races he swam all with NCAA B-Standard times against Limestone and Florida Southern…During the regular season, had nine first-place finishes.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15)
Won the NCAA title in the 100-yard (43.18) and 200-yard freestyle (1:35.07)…Had the following finishes at the NCAA Championships: second in the 200-yard butterfly (1:44.42); third in the 50-yard freestyle (19.92); seventh in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:20.28); third in the 400-yard freestyle relay (2:55.29); and third in the 800-yard freestyle relay (6:30.09)…Set new SSC and NSU records in the 50-free, 100-free, 200-free and 200-fly while at NCAA Championships…Named SSC Men’s Swimmer of the Year…Named to the All-SSC Second Team…200-fly All-American; 100-free All-American; 200-free All-American; 50-free All-American; 800-free relay All-American; 400-free relay All-American…Five-time SSC Male Swimmer of the Week…Claimed the following finishes at SSC Championships: first in the 100-fly (47.69); first in the 200-medley relay (1:28.55) setting a championship meet record; third in the 50-free (20.12); first in the 100-free (43.48); first in the 400-free relay (2:55.55) setting a new SSC championship meet record; and first in the 400-yard medley relay (3:12.52) setting a championship meet record…Set personal best times in the 50-yard backstroke (23.35) and 200-yard IM (1:52.18)…Saw 18 first-place finishes during the regular season including three in the 100-fly, five in the 50-free and six in the 100-free…Named to the 2015 Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...Earned the Michael D.
