AS A JUNIOR (2010)
Opened season on the 4x800 team that won at the ERAU Challenge (1/23) with a time of 8:28.55, while also placing fifth in the 5,000 meters clocking in a 3:32.33...Earned a fourth place finish in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:08.84 in the UCF Invitational (3/27), while also registering an 11th place finish in the 800 meter race with a time of 2:05.32…Finished in fifth place in the 1,500 meters at the Hurricane Invitational (4/10), clocking in at 4:09.48.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2008-09)
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:01.60 at the FLRunners.com Invitational presented by Nike (10/4), placing 26th out of 96 runners...Covered the 8K course at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational (9/20) in a time of 28:03.78...TRACK: Clocked NSU's top time in the 400 meters, running 51.89 at Miami Elite (4/11/09)...Ran a career-best 1:58.64 in the 800 meters at the UNF Osprey Challenge (4/18), placing sixth...Was also sixth in the 800 meters at FSU Relays (3/26-28)...Member of the school record-setting 4x200-meter, 4x400-meter, 4x800-meter, and sprint medley relay teams...Ran the third leg of the 4x200-meter relay that clocked a NSU record time of 1:30.10 at the Pepsi Florida Relays (4/3-4)...Was the second leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that placed third at the USF Open (3/6) with a school record time of 3:25.63...Lead-off runner for the 4x800-meter relay team that raced 8:15.38 and placed second at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance (2/21)...Also the lead-off runner on the 4x800-meter relay squad that recorded a race-winning time of 8:23.15 at FSU Relays...Was the third leg on the sprint medley relay team that raced a school record time of 3:33.12 at the Pepsi Florida Relays.
AS A FRESHMAN (2007-08)
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a personal-best 8K time of 27:40.50 in the SSC Championships (10/20), finishing 13th and helping NSU to a third-place team finish...Was 13th at the Jaguar Invitational with a season-best 10K time of 37:15.04 (9/22)...TRACK: Became the first runner in program history to run sub-4:00 in the 1,500 meters, recording a personal-best time of 3:59.06 at Pepsi Florida Relays (4/5)...Registered three Top-10 finishes in the 800 meters, including a third-place showing at the FAU Invitational (3/15)...Ran a personal-best 800-meter time of 1:59.83 at the Hurricane Invitational (3/22)...Also won the 1,500 meters at the Hurricane Invitational with a time of 4:03.46...Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters at both Miami Elite (4/12) and Division II South Region Championships (5/5).
