Competed in track and field as well as soccer and rugby while attending Prestatyn High School…Spent two years at Celleg Llandrillo and also competes with Colwy Bay AC under the direction of Philip Oliver…Five time award winner of the Welsh International Athlete…Placed first in the 800m at the Welsh 2018 Junior Championship…Was third in the 800m at the Welsh National Championship.
