AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2018)
Ran in four events in his final season with the Sharks…Began the season with a personal-best in the 5,000m race at the UT Track Classic with a time of 15:31.27s…Competed in the 5,000m, 10,000m and 3,000m steeplechase races at the 2018 Peach Belt Conference Championship…Finished eighth in the steeplechase at the conference championship crossing the line at 10:12.04s.

AS A SENIOR (2017)
Ran in the 1500m, 3000m Steeplechase and 5000m run during his senior season…Placed seventh in the 3000 Steeplechase at the Peach Belt Conference Championship with a personal-best 9:56.92s…Season-best in the 1500m came at the Sharks Invitational with a time of 4:17.01s…Ingalls then ran a season-best 15:49.19s in the 5000m run at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational.

AS A JUNIOR (2016)
Competed in three events for the sharks, set personal-bests in all three events…Ran a personal-best in the 1500m at the Sharks Invitational with a first place time 4:16.00…Set a personal-best in the 10k with a time of 32:30.79 placing fifth…The best 5k time came at the Miami Hurricane Invitational. Ingalls placed ninth in the 10k and twelfth in the 5k at the Peach Belt Conference Championship.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015)
Sat out due to injury.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
Ingalls competed in six events…Competed in the 800-meters for a season best time of 2:10.63… Best time in the 1500m was 4:26.47…Season best time in the 3000 was 9:30.22… Had best time in the 5000 with 16:08.32…Marked 35:19.12 in the 10000m…Best time in the 3000 steeple was 10:06.24 …Completed the 5K in 15:22.6…Marked 26:28.9 in the 8K… Best time in the 4x400 was 3:43.55.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Participated in track and field and cross country for four years at Snow Canyon HS under head coach Blair Bently...Was named all-state in cross country and was an academic all-region honoree...recorded personal best times of 15:28 in the 5K, 15:12 in the three mile, 4:39 in the 1600m, 6:44 in the 2000m steeplechase and 9:57 in the 3200m...Also awarded the Sterling Scholar of Science School Service Award, Community Service Award, and Honor Roll…Tutored at a local elementary school for 3 years in High School.
