AS A SOPHOMORE (2015-16)
One of five Sharks to appear in all 27 games, starting eight of them… Began his Sharks career with five assists and three steals in back-to-back games, against St. Thomas (11/16/15) and Lynn (11/18/15), also making a career high six free throws against St. Thomas… Reach double figures in scoring twice, the first time at Saint Leo (11/21/15), when he was 4-of-8 from the field with 10 points, three assists, a steal and career highs in rebounds (5) and minutes (27) and the second time against Palm Beach Atlantic (12/2/15) when he had set career highs with five field goals made, two 3-pointers made and 14 points to go along with three assists and a steal… Led the team in assists in seven games and in steals in five games, both of which were second on the team… Finished the season with a .398 field goal percentage on 35-of-88 shooting, a .353 3-point percentage on 6-of-17 shooting and a .683 free throw percentage on 28-of-41 shooting… Averaged 15.7 minutes per game, 3.9 points per game, 1.7 rebounds per game, 1.7 assists per game, and 1.5 assists per turnover.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
A 5-10, 160 pound point guard from Lehigh Acres, Florida, near Fort Myers, and a transfer from NCAA DI Jacksonville University…As a true freshman in his one season at JU, Edwards played in 27 games and received the starting nod 15 times…At Lehigh, Edwards averaged 21 points as a sophomore, 18 as a junior and 21 again as a senior, becoming his school's all-time leading scorer with over 1,800 career points…As a senior, he was a third-team All-State selection while earning Class 6A, District 12 Player of the Year honors.
