Job responsibilities: Raphael is the primary contact for Sharks Softball, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Men's and Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball, and Men’s and Women’s Track.

When You Joined NSU Athletics Staff: October 2022 

Prior to NSU: Raphael ran track at McNeese State University from 2019-2022. While at McNeese, Raphael won a silver medal at the 2020 Southland Conference Indoor Championships in the 60-meter dash. Raphael was a sports information intern at McNeese as well. In 2022, Josh also wrote for Fansided’s Pippen Ain’t Easy, where he covered the Chicago Bulls.  

Education: Josh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Journalism while at McNeese State and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. 

Personal: Josh was born and raised in South Florida. Raphael attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where he ran track and played basketball.
