After a prolific four-year career, Danielle Robinson joined the women's basketball coaching staff in August of 2015.

The former guard finished her standout career in the top five in nine different all-time statistical categories, including as the program's most prolific 3-point shooter (227) and leader in both games played and games started (125/123). She fell just 16 points shy of Jessica Pate's all-time scoring mark with 1,676, and ranks as the NCAA era leader in that statistic.

Following her senior season, Robinson named First Team All-Sunshine State Conference and Second Team All-South Region by Daktronics, Inc. (for the second time in her career), while also being chosen as MVP of the SSC Tournament and as a member of the NCAA All-South Region Tournament Team

During her junior season, she became, at that point just the fifth 1,000-point scorer in women's history. Other individual accolades she earned were being named Co-Sunshine State Conference Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore, and after her first season, being chosen as a member of the Women's Division II Bulletin All-America Freshman team, as the SSC Freshman of the Year and as a member of  the All-SSC Newcomer team

Besides the previously mentioned categories, Robinson also ranks as follows on the program's all-time lists: minutes (second, 3,452), free throws made (second, 357), steals (second, 191), rebounds (fourth, 594), field goals made (fourth, 546) and assists (sixth, 235).

Robinson earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from NSU, in exercise and sport science, and athletic administraiton, respectively. She is currently pursuing her certificate in distance education.
