Isaac White

Isaac White is entering his first year as the women's basketball head coach during the 2026-27 season.

White worked with both the men's and women's basketball teams at the University of Findlay in Ohio. He later transitioned to be an assistant coach with the Oilers' women's basketball team beginning with the 2023-2024 season. During his time with the women's team at Findlay, White helped guide the Oilers to a combined record of 50-38 turning around a team that went 14-15 in his first year in the assistant role to a staggering turnaround to 20-10 in the very next season.

White started his college career at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, a NCAA Division I program, where he was named all-conference and started 36 of the 39 games he played in. While at Lowell, White totaled 428 points during his freshman and sophomore seasons. After Lowell, White transferred to Nova Southeastern where he played in 24 games with seven starts, scoring 122 points. He then finished his career at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, scoring 662 points in two years.

A native of Ashland, Ohio, White earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2020.
