Williams joined the NSU coaching staff in 2017 for her first season as the Director of Player Development.

During her senior year at Tennessee Tech (2014-15), Williams saw action in all 29 games for the Golden Eagles, including making 26 starts, scoring double-figures in six games and recording two double-doubles. 

She finished her career by playing 114 games, starting 64, scoring 665 points, and grabbing 554 rebounds.
