Made 14 starts and one relief appearance for the Sharks…Threw one of the SSC’s six complete game shutouts, in a 1-0 win over Delta State (2/7), allowing just five and two walks, while striking out five batters in seven innings…Twice struck out a season-high eight batters, first in six innings of a 6-3 victory over Southern New Hampshire (2/15), and again in a 11-5 win against Albany State (2/28), allowing just an unearned run on six hits…Pitched one of the team’s two nine-inning complete games in a 5-1 victory against Rollins (4/18)…Finished the season 9-3 with a 3.23 ERA and 67 strikeouts to 17 walks in 97.2 innings pitched…Team and SSC leader in innings pitched, innings pitched per game (6.51), and complete games (3)…Fourth in the SSC in ERA…All-SSC First Team…Daktronics All-South Region First Team…NCBWA All-South Region Second Team…ABCA/Rawlings All-South Region Second Team…25th round draft pick by the Detroit Tigers.

HIGH SCHOOL
Selected in the 34th round of the 2012 MLB First-Year Player Draft by the Chicago White Sox...Helped Archbishop McCarthy to an unprecedented third-straight Florida state title when it won the 2012 Class 6A championship, the first time in state history a team had ever won three straight state titles when moving up in size...Went 5-1 with a 1.66 ERA in 2012, allowing only nine earned runs in 38 innings...Helped Archbishop McCarthy to a 29-3 finish in 2011 and a Florida Class 4A state championship, their second-straight title...Archbishop McCarthy was recognized as the 2011 high school national champions by Baseball America, Perfect Game, USA Today and the National High School Coaches Association...Named honorable mention All-Broward County by the South Florida Sun Sentinel in 2011...Won the CY pitching award.
