2022 CROSS COUNTRY (SENIOR)
Appeared in five meets... finished 6th at the STU Bobcat (8/27)... ran a personal best in the 5k (20:41.1) at the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic - College and Open (9/17)... had a personal best in the 6k (24:03.7) at the NCAA Division II South Region Cross Country Championships (11/19).

AS A TRACK AND FIELD FRESHMAN (2020)
Competed in three meets of her rookie campaign before cancelations stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic cut the year short…Logged a season-long 29.94m (98-3) javelin toss to finish fourth at the Bobcat/Shark Relays (3/10) for the Sharks’ top mark of the year…Recorded season bests of 2:35.14 to finish third in the 800m at the Shark Invitational (2/22) and 5:26.80 in the 1500m at the UT Track Classic (2/28)…Joined Megan Fleming, Sophia Leto and Aliza Richard in breaking the program’s 4x800m relay record from 2011 with a meet-winning 10:11.74 at the Bobcat/Shark Relays.

AS A CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2019)
Did not compete in any races during her rookie season…Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School in Cape May, N.J…Ran cross country, track and field and swam for the Tigers…Was named a Cape-Atlantic League (CAL) All-Star, Team MVP and was the Big Five Champion, running a 5k personal best of 18:56…Won Lower Cape May Athlete of the Year honors, was a team captain for two seasons and MVP for three seasons…Earned school records in 12 events and was the only athlete in New Jersey to make the State meet in both a throwing and running event…Was a three-time Cape May County champion for the javelin throw and once in the 800m.

Hails from Wildwood Crest, New Jersey…Daughter of David and Sandra…Has three siblings, Jan, Alexandra and Nick…Majoring in Exercise Science and with a minor in Education…Lists being the County Champion in the 800m race and javelin throw as her most memorable athletic achievement…While warming up for her races, she picks up every piece of trash that she sees…Frequently volunteers as a lifeguard…Appreciates the family-like atmosphere of NSU…Cites her father as the most influential person in her life due to the unconditional support that she receives from him…Fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and enjoys paddle boarding and writing.
