Appeared in five meets for NSU...All-SSC First Team...Finished in the top five at the Holloway Park Collegiate XC Opener (9/6)...ran a personal best for the 6k with a time of 21:55.1 at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational (10/12)... finished fourth at the SSC Championship (10/25) with a time of 22:14.9... finished 225th overall in the 2024 NCAA Championship meet (11/23).

2023 CROSS COUNTRY (JUNIOR)
Appeared in five meets for NSU... All-SSC First Team... broke the school record in the 5k at the Keiser University Flagship XC Invitational (9/15), finished second with a time of 18:09.1... finished fifth at the SSC Championship (10/21) with a time of 22:39.6.

2022 CROSS COUNTRY (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in six meets for NSU... finished second in the 5k at the STU Bobcat (8/27)... garnered another top 10 finish in the 5k at the Florida Atlantic Invitational (9/30)... ran a personal best in the 5k at the UAH DII Festival Year Showcase (10/22)... All-Championship team member at the SSC Cross Country Championships (11/5), finishing 8th with a time of 22:47.6 in the 6k... earned a top 50 finish and a new personal record in the 6k (22:46.2) at the NCAA Division II South Region Cross Country Championships (11/19).

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended and ran cross country at Incarnate Word Academy.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Josh and Julie Toal... has two siblings, Elyssa and Molly... majoring in Nursing... named her mother as the most influential person in her life because she has shown her how to be a girl boss.
