Appeared in six meets for NSU... ran a personal best in the 6k (22:26.8)... finished fourth overall in the Ave Maria Invitational with a time of 23:23.2...finished 14th in the SSC Championships which resulted in being All-SSC Second Team... finished 219th at the NCAA Championship Meet (11/23).
2023 CROSS COUNTRY (FRESHMAN)
Appeared in five meets for NSU... ran a personal best in the 5k (19:10.8) and finished in the top ten at the Keiser University Flagship XC Invitational... ran a personal best in the 6k (22:48.6).
