AS A JUNIOR (2025)
Appeared in six meets for NSU... ran a personal-best in the 6K (21:04.0) at the NCAA National Championships and was named an All-American, the first in program history... named SSC Runner of the Year for the second year in a row and named to the All-SSC First Team... won first place in the 6K (21:15.8) to win the 2025 SSC Individual Championship (10/25) ... placed top-five at the NCAA South Region Championship with a time of 21:35.7 in the 6K (11/8) to qualify for the NCAA National Championships.... came in first place at the STU Bobcat Invitational with a time of 22:25.4... won first place at the Keiser Invitational with a time of 18:00.7 in the 5K.  

AS A SOPHOMORE (2024)
Appeared in six meets for NSU... named the SSC Runner of the Year... ran a personal best time of 17:57.9 and placed third in the 5k at the Florida Atlantic University Collegiate Cross Country Invitational... finished in sixth place at the UAH Chargers XC Invitational and ran a personal best in the 6k with a time of 21:04.8... placed as the runner-up in the Ave Maria Invitational with a time of 22:12.5...won the 2024 SSC Championships with a time of 21:45.2... placed 138th at the NCAA Championship Meet (11/23).

PRIOR TO NOVA SOUTHEASTERN
Attended and ran cross country at High Point University for one season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended and competed cross country, track and field, and swimming at Central Bucks High School East.

PERSONAL
Daughter of John and Jennifer Thorning... has two siblings, Jessica and Jordan... seeking a Bachelor's in Biology... most memorable athletic achievement was breaking 2:15 in the 800... likes NSU the most for the support and the resources available for Student-Athletes... says her parents are the biggest influences in her life.
