CROSS COUNTRY: NSU's top runner in five of six meets competed in...Collected All-South Region honors...Named to the All-Sunshine State Conference Team...Garnered US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors...Became the first runner in program history to record a sub-19:00 5K, setting an NSU record with a 18:37 performance at the Florida Tech Invitational (9/13/08)...Her 18:37 at the Florida Tech Invitational also placed second out of 54 runners...Covered the 5K course at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational (9/20/08) in a time of 18:58.23, placing 19th out of 125 runners...Is just one of two runners in program history to run sub-19:00 in the 5K, joining teammate Brooke Hurley...Also, the first runner in program history to run sub-23:00 in a 6K...Clocked a NSU record 22:58 on the 6K course at the SSC Championships, placing fifth out fo 41 runners...Finished 12th out of 119 runners at the NCAA Division II South Region Championships, completing the 6K course in a time of 23:21...TRACK: Top NSU runner in the longer distances on the track...Captured the 5,000-meter title at FSU Relays (3/26-28/09) with a then-school record time of 18:31.70, breaking Alice Henley's record by 29 seconds...Broke own 5,000-meter record at the UNF Osprey Challenge (4/18/09) with a time of 18:20.87, which placed second...Recorded a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 10:37.75 and placed eighth at the USF Open (3/6/09)...Was fourth in the 3,000 meters at Miami Elite (4/11/09)...Is the one of two people in program history to run sub-5:00 in the 1,500 meters, joining teammate Tara Haddock...Recorded a then-school record 4:58.69 and placed sixth in the 1,500 meters at the USF Open.

CAREER Was a 2006 All-American at Longview Community College...Earned All-State and All-Conference honors while at Raytown High School.
