2022 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)

Ran in one outdoor meet for NSU... finished 6th at the Ansin Track & Field Invitational Track Series #1

2021 CROSS COUNTRY (SOPHOMORE)
Finished 23rd in the 6k (23:59.2) at the Sunshine State Cross Country Championships... competed at the NCAA Division II South Region Cross Country Championships.

2021 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in four meets for the Sharks... ran a personal best in the 1500 (5:13.85) at the South Florida Collegiate Meet 2 (4/17/21), tabbed a fourth place finish in the event... had another PR at the Peach Belt Conference Track and Field Championships, running a time of 19:15.60 in the 5000.

2020 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Was only able to compete in one meet before cancelations stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic cut her rookie year short…Recorded a personal-best 5:31.49 in the 1500m at the Bobcat/Shark Relays (3/10).

2019 CROSS COUNTRY (FRESHMAN) 
Competed in all seven NSU meets during her rookie season and earned a spot in the Sharks’ scoring pack in each outing…Ran a season-best time of 20:05.2 in the 5k at the FSU Invitational (10/11)…During the Sunshine State Championships (2, she ran a personal-best time of 25:27.9 with a 40th-place league finish in the 6k.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Nature Coast Technical High School in St. Brooksville, Fla…Ran cross country and track and field, while competing in weightlifting throughout her high school career…During her senior season, she ran a 19:56.30 in the 5k, 11:58.28 in the 3200m and 5:32.71 in the 1600m…Was the county and district champion in the 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m relay…Placed at the Appalachian Cross Country Camp in Boone, North Carolina…Was a cross country state qualifier and Florida Relays qualifier for the 3200m…Earned 2018-19 Hernando County Athlete of the Year for her cross country performances.

Comes to the Sharks from Brooksvile, Fla…Daughter of David and Viola…Has four siblings, Sarah, Rachel, Danielle and Ricky…Majoring in Exercise and Sports Science…Lists breaking 20 minutes on her hardest course as her most memorable athletic achievement, which placed her 12th and qualifying for the State Championship…Always prays before each race…Volunteers by helping kids with disabilities learn to play soccer…Appreciates the emphasis that NSU places on education…Lists God as the most influential figure in her life, 'because whenever life gets tough in Joshua 1:9 it says “Be brave, be strong, be courageous, do not be afraid for the lord your god is with you wherever you go.” He has helped me through my toughest battles. When I felt like I was all alone or weak, he helped guide me and keep me strong and showed me all you need is a little faith!'
