Biography
AS A SENIOR (2015-16)
Part of the varsity eight that made its sixth consecutive appearance at the NCAA Championships taking second in the Petite Final with a time of 6:59.51…Coxswain of the varsity eight that took second against Division I opponents UConn, Jacksonville and UCF with a time of 7:03.77…Came in third in the varsity eight at FIRA Championships just under six seconds behind the winner…Came in 5.95 seconds behind Fordham but surpassed all other Division I opponents to earn second in the varsity eight at the Knecht Cup with a time of 7:03.02…Had a second-place finish in the varsity eight race (7:03.6) to help the team claim second overall at SSC Championships…Finished fourth ahead of No. 4 Mercyhurst and No. 6 Florida Tech with a time of 7:08.70 in the varsity heavyweight eight final at the Dad Vail Regatta.
AS A JUNIOR (2014-15)
Named as a 2015 CRCA Scholar Athlete…Spent much of the year as the coxswain for the varsity-4 boat...Her V4 boat finished as FIRA Champions in its race with a time of 7:39.7 in a close competition...The Sharks beat No. 7 Central Oklahoma by 3.4 seconds and Jacksonville by 6.3 seconds...Started the year as the coxswain of the V4 against Barry, who went on to win the NCAA National Championship.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013-14)
Named as a 2014 CRCA Scholar Athlete…Coxswain in the varsity-4 boat that took second in the NCAA Championships and won the SSC Championship…Coxswain the varsity-four in the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta, SIRA Championships, Miami Mix, Central Oklahoma, Barry Dual...Coxswain in the varsity-8 for the First Coast Head Race…Coxswain in the FIRA Fall Classic for the JV-4 and JV-8.
AS A FRESHMAN (2012-13)
Was a key coxswain throughout the season but emerged as a leader on the varsity-8 towards the end of the year...Hudon coxed the eight boat in four of the biggest events of the season: the SIRA Championship, the Sunshine State Conference Championship, the Dad Vail Reggata and the NCAA National Championship...Coxed the V8 boat that won the NCAA Division II National Championship, finishing with a time of 6:42.75.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Sebastian River high school where she was a coxswain all four years…Also ran cross country for one year… Won the SRHS crew varsity award for 2012, was a south district champion, and lettered in both crew and cross country…Lists her most memorable athetic moment as winning top ten in the nation in her light weight 8 boat.
