Biography
AS A SENIOR (2016-17)
Spent the entire season racing with the varsity eight boat…Finished fourth place at UCF with a time of 7:01.30, second at the FIRA Championship and third at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (6:54.73)…Claimed sixth with the club eight boat at the Knecht cup (7:09.66) and eighth in the heavyweight final at the Dad Vail Regatta (7:01.29)…Also raced with the varsity four boat that placed second and third at FIRA with times of 7:40.30 and 7:49.30 respectively.
AS A JUNIOR (2015-16)
Part of the varsity eight that made its sixth consecutive appearance at the NCAA Championships taking second in the Petite Final with a time of 6:59.51…Member of the varsity eight that took second against Division I opponents UConn, Jacksonville and UCF with a time of 7:03.77…Came in 5.95 seconds behind Fordham but surpassed all other Division I opponents to earn second in the varsity eight at the Knecht Cup with a time of 7:03.02…Had a second-place finish in the varsity eight race (7:03.6) to help the team claim second overall at SSC Championships…Finished fourth ahead of No. 4 Mercyhurst and No. 6 Florida Tech with a time of 7:08.70 in the varsity heavyweight eight final at the Dad Vail Regatta.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2015)
Rowed in the varsity-8 boat all season long...Helped the Sharks take a victory in the NCAA National Championship Petite Final Varsity-8 race, defeating No. 5 Philadelphia with a time of 7:25.05...NSU won by over seven seconds, with Philadelphia cross the finish line at 7:32.45...Outside of her consistent performance in the V8 boat, she also appeared in the varsity-4 boat that finished as FIRA Champions in its race with a time of 7:39.7 in a close competition...The Sharks beat No. 7 Central Oklahoma by 3.4 seconds and Jacksonville by 6.3 seconds.
AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
Rowed in the varsity-4 that won the SSC Championships…Competed in five events on the V4 including Central Oklahoma, Barry Dual, SIRA Championships, SSC Championships, Dad Vail Regatta and NCAA Championships…Competed on the JV-4 in Rollins Spring Break Race and FIRA Championships.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Competed on the rowing team for three years at Cambridge HS under head coach Skye Elliot...As a senior, claimed 12th at the Head of Charles in the youth women's-8 race, first at the US Rowing Southeast Regionals in the pair and 13th at the US Rowing Youth Nationals in the pair...played varsity basketball for two seasons.
