Iliadis was named the Interim Head Rowing Coach at Nova Southeastern in September 2024, after joining the program in August.
Prior to joining Nova Southeastern, Iliadis was the assistant rowing coach at Franklin and Marshall College (PA.). While at Franklin and Marshall, Iliadis helped guide the men's novice 8+ team to gold in the Head of the Scheykill in 2023. Iliadis also assisted the men's team to two appearances in the grand finals of the Dad Vail Regatta in 2022, as well as earning bronze in the 8+ races at the 2023 Knecht Cup.
Iliadis was a NCAA Division 1 rower at La Salle University from 2017 through 2021, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. During his time at La Salle, Iliadis was awarded several medals throughout his rowing career, including the Head of the Occoquan and the Philadelphia Frostbite Regatta.
