Biography
AS A SENIOR (2015-16)
At the Stetson Rendezvous, in the varsity eight boat that took second in 20:25.43…Finished third in the DII four race at FIRA Championships…Came in 5.95 seconds behind Fordham but surpassed all other Division I opponents to earn second in the varsity eight at the Knecht Cup with a time of 7:03.02…Had a second-place finish in the varsity four race (8:01.6) to help the team claim second overall at SSC Championships…Named to the SSC All-Conference Team…With a time of 8:37.11, the varsity heavyweight four had a fourth-place finish over No. 4 Mercyhurst and No. 6 Florida Tech in the Dad Vail Regatta final after winning their initial heat.
AS A JUNIOR (2014-15)
Rowed in the varsity-8 boat that won second in the NCAA Championship...Competed on the boat that won the Henry Backe Trophy in the Dad Vail Regatta…Rowed in the V8 boat that won first place in the FIRA and SIRA Championships...Rowed in the V4 that won the SSC Championship…Competed in the Varsity four in the SIRA and SSC Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-13)
Competed in one race in 2012-13, the FIRA Fall Classic...Helped the Sharks claim second to Barry in the varsity-8 with a time of 11:55.
AS A FRESHMAN (2011-12)
Selected to the All-SSC Freshman/Novice Team...Placed third in the novice eight at the FIRA Fall Classic (11/12/11)…Opened the spring season with a second-place finish (8:21) in the freshmen/novice four and fifth in the varsity four at Central Florida (3/9/12)…Rowed with the second-place varsity eight ‘B’ boat (7:03.1) at the Governor’s Cup Regatta (3/17/12)…Raced to a first-place finish (8:12.0) in the freshmen/novice four event at the FIRA Championships; the Sharks went on to win the All Points Trophy (4/14/12)…Came in fourth (7:10.6) in the second varsity eight race at the SIRA Championships (4/22/12)…Won the gold medal in the varsity four event at the Dad Vail Regatta (5/12/12)...Rowed the varsity eight to a third-place finish (6:51.89) NCAA Championships (5/27/12).
