Nova Southeastern University Athletics

A former captain and three-year starter as a player at Nova Southeastern, Gaby Alfaro enters her first season as an assistant coach with the Sharks in 2021.

Alfaro was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica, where she competed as the captain for the U17 & U20 Costa Rican National Team.

Alfaro is currently the owner of a private soccer training company, GVA Soccer Training, where she develops players to help them reach the next level. In the past, she served as the head coach of the 2006 girls program at Davie United Soccer Club.
