Nikki Haimes joined the staff of first-year head coach James Moore at Nova Southeastern in Fall 2020 as a Sports Performance Coach.
Fresh off her professional playing career, Haimes began coaching Davie's skills and strength (Sharks) United Soccer Club in August 2020.
Haimes was born and raised in South Florida, where she attended Cypress Bay High School and grew up playing travel soccer for Weston Fury. She continued her career as a student-athlete at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, making it to the national finals with her team and graduating with a degree in Biology in 2016. After graduation, she spent a summer playing in Houston and four years playing professional soccer in Sweden and in a FIFA tournament in Peru and Uruguay.
She is a USSF licensed soccer coach, an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and the founder of GAINS WITH HAIMES LLC. She has coached all ages and levels throughout Florida, Houston, Sweden, and Tony DiCicco's elite SoccerPlus camps worldwide. With a background as a professional athlete, she focuses on athletic development, including strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention, with a specialty geared to the game of soccer.
