Sha Hagiel is currently entering his second season as part of the Sharks women's soccer coaching staff. His primary responsibility is the development of the goalkeeper unit for the Sharks and assisting head coach Mike Goodrich in all training aspects. In his first season with the Sharks, freshman Amanda Kopale became the first goalkeeper in school history to be named as a Sunshine State All-Conference Selection (Second Team), while posting a 0.96 goals against average. Kopale also had the conferences second best save percentage at .824, while NSU finished the season allowing the second fewest goals in the SSC.

Aside from being apart of the women's soccer program at NSU, Hagiel is also a coach and teacher at Monarch High School and is apart of the training staff at The Soccer Academy and Training Center in Parkland, Fla. In six seasons as an assistant for the Knights, Hagiel helped goalkeeper Rafael De Jesus become a three-time Sun Sentinel and Miami Herald All-County First Team selection, while the program received national honors  being ranked as high as #25 in The ESPN FAB 50 National soccer Ranking (2011-2012). As a coach for The Soccer Academy, Hagiel is a staff trainer as well as the Academy's Goalkeeper Director. He is responsible for the development of youth field player ages 6-15. The Soccer Academy was the winner of the 2011 & 2012 US Club Championship.

Sha Hagiel graduated from St. Thomas University in 2008, with a degree in criminal justice, with a minor in education. He holds an Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma and National Diploma from the NSCAA. As a prep athlete Hagiel played under current Monarch head Coach Steven Lorenc at Piper High School, where he was a BCAA All-Star and Sun Sentinel All-County performer. While playing for  St. Thomas, he also played in the Premier Developmental League.
