AS A SENIOR (2014-15)
Set career best times in the 50-yard freestyle (24.49) and 100-yard freestyle (54.46)…Top finishes include first in the 50-free (25.41) against Lynn, third in the 100-free (58.48) versus Tampa, sixth in the 100-yard butterfly (1:02.94) against Indian River and fourth in the 200-yard butterfly (2:23.17) versus Rollins…Named to the 2015 Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR (2013-14)
Competed in three individual finals at the 2014 Sunshine State Conference Championship and set personal best marks in all of them… In the B Final, claimed sixth in the 100-yard freestyle event at conference…In the B Final, claimed fifth overall in the 50y freestyle.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-13)
At the SSC championships, she swam the 50-yard freestyle and went a season-best time of 25.15. She also competed in the 100-yard butterfly and went another season-best time of 1:00.04. In the 100-yard freestyle, she went a personal-best time of 55.40. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2011-2012) 
Against Saint Leo (10/15/2011) Sunyak was part of the relay team that won the 200- freestyle relay in a time of1:44.04 …. Versus Rollins (11/5/2011) placed second in the 50 –free  with a time of 26.20…Against rival Tampa (12/3/2011)  she placed eighth in the 100-free with a time of 58.61…Swimming against Florida Southern (1/21/2012) she came in seventh place with a 25.55.. At the SSC Championships (  she swam personal best times in the 50-free with a time of 24.80, and the 100 and 200 fly posting times of 1:00.35 and 2:17.07. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Swam for Barron G. Collier High School for four years under coach Jacquelyn Tiberio… She was the team captain her senior year and made the All-County Team.

CLUB EXPERIENCE
Swam for T2 Aquatics under coach Paul Yetter.

PERSONAL
Born in Cleveland, Ohio… Her favorite athlete is Ryan Lochte… Her favorite team Cleveland Indians… She is an enviromental science major… Daughter of Maria and Mark Sunyak, has three siblings, Gabriella, Paolo, and Anton.
