2025-2026 SEASON
Ronningdal caps her Nova Southeastern career as the first student-athlete in department history to capture an individual national championship for four consecutive years. In 2026 she took the 400 and 800 Freestyle Relays while adding on an individual championship in the 200 Y Individual Medley, an event she had not won since her freshman year in 2023. She is tied with former teammate Emily Trieschmann for most individual national championships in school history with ten. While Ronningdal was on the team, NSU clinched the national title in the 800 Freestyle Relay race every season. Adding on to her championship caliber performance at NCAAs, Ronningdal also claimed two golds, three silvers and a bronze at the Sunshine State Conference Championships with her victories coming in the 400 and 800 Freestyle Relays. She was a five-time All-American in 2026 adding AA honors in the 200 and 500 Free in addition to her individual championships in Evansville.

2024-2025 SEASON
Was a two-time finalist at the NCAA National Championship, placing fifth in the 200 Y IM (2:00.23) and sixth in the 200 Y Freestyle (1:47.59). She was also a two-time champion at the SSC Championships, winning first place in the 200 Y Breaststroke (2:14.63) and the 200 Y IM (1:59.47). 

2023-2024 SEASON
Was a three-time finalist at the NCAA National Championship, placing third in the 200 Y IM (1:59.70), fourth in the 200 Y Breaststroke (2:15.15), and fifth in the 200 Y Freestyle (1:48.41). She won first place at the SSC Championship in the 200 Y IM with a time of 2:00.27. She was a First Team All-SSC Selection and First Team Scholar All-American. 

2022-2023 SEASON
Won first place in both the 200 Y IM (1:57.78) and the 200 Y Free (1:47.11) at the NCAA National Championship. She also won first place in the 200 Y IM at the SSC Championship with a time of 1:59.56. She was also a CSCAA All-American. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Filborna School, where she swam for four years. She also swam with the Helsingborg Swim Club. 

PERSONAL
Daughter of Fredrik and Katarina Ronningdal... has two brothers, Fabian and Malte... says that winning her first medal for Sweden at EYOF and the 200 IMs at Nationals as a freshman are her most memorable athletic achievements... is majoring in Applied Professional Studies... likes the swim team the most about NSU... names her family members as the most influential people in her life.
