2025-2026 SEASON
A two-time All-American for her performance in the 200 and 400 Y Medley Relays, both of which she swam the Breaststroke leg. Won the national championship in the 200 Medley Relay where she swam a Breaststroke split of 27.49. The 400 Medley Relay team placed fourth with Montgomery's leg clocking in at 1:00.97. She was also an individual runner-up at the Sunshine State Conference Championships in the 100 Breaststroke where she came in at 1:01.91 just 0.08 behind the eventual winner and teammate Zsofia Kurdi.

2024-2025 SEASON
Was a top 5 finalist at the SSC Championship, coming in second place in the 100 Y Breast (1:01.54) and fourth place in the 200 Y Breast (2:16.27). She was a CSCAA All-American Honorable Mention. 

2023-2024 SEASON
Was a top 5 finalist at the SSC Championship, coming in fifth place in the 100 Y Breaststroke (1:03.85). She was also a First Team Scholar All-American. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended A.C. Flora High School, where she swam for four years and played six total sports.
