AS A SENIOR (2017-18)
Posted four personal-bests during her season along with 15 NCAA B-cut times… at the NCAA Div. II Championships, she helped the 400 free relay finish fourth with a time of 3:22.07 and the 200 and 800 free relay finish sixth with times of 1:32.63 and 7:24.61, respectively, earning NCAA All-American honors in all three events… at the 2018 SSC Championships, she earned fourth place in the 50 free (23.43) and the 100 free (50.72), while finishing sixth in the 200 free (1:50.99)… in the relays, Shows and her fellow Sharks earned three gold medal finishes by setting conference, championship meet and NSU records in the 200 freestyle relay (1:31.35), the 400 freestyle relay (3:21.16) and the 800 freestyle relay (7:22.14)… grabbed first place in the 100 free in a tri-meet against GVSU and William Jewell… finished fifth in the 50 free at the Div. II Fall Showcase.

AS A JUNIOR (2016-17)
At the SSC Championship, Shows finished: 12^th in the 50-yard Freestyle (24.13), 18^th in the 100-yard Freestyle (53.09), and 19^th in the 100-yard Backstroke (1:00.18)…Helped her relays finish 2^nd in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:34.11), 10^th in the 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:29.55), 11^th in both the 200-yard Medley Relay (1:48.09) and the 400-yard Medley Relay (3:57.26)…During the regular season, Shows assisted the women’s 200-yard Freestyle Relay (Panzarino, Oster, Shows, & Munion) to place first with a combined time of 1:38.02 at the Home Tri-Meet in January…Swam in the 200 Freestyle Relay with Oster, Panzarino and Wahlstrom to secure a victor of 1:37.42 at the last home meet…Claimed first in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 1:05.11 at Keiser University.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015-16)
Had the following finishes at NCAA Championships: ninth as part of the 800-yard freestyle relay (7:30.25); 10^th as part of the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:34.50); 11^th in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:26.38); 13^th as part of the 200-yard medley relay (1:44.12); 10^th in the 400-yard medley relay (3:47.81)…Received the following honors: 200-yard medley relay Honorable Mention; 200-yard freestyle relay Honorable Mention; 400-yard medley relay All-American Honorable Mention; 800-yard freestyle relay All-American Honorable Mention; 400-yard freestyle relay All-American Honorable Mention…Had  the following finishes at SSC Championships: third in the 100-yard freestyle (51.28); seventh in the 50-yard freestyle (23.89); and 10^th in the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.95)…Set career high times in the: 50-free (23.81); 100-free (51.24); 100-yard backstroke (58.61); and 100-yard butterfly (1:02.02)…Had six first-place finishes with three apiece in the 50-free and 100-free.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014-15)
Came in fifth in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:33.35) and eighth in the 400-yard medley relay (3:46.17) at NCAA Championships…Earned the following honors: 200-yard freestyle relay All-American; 400-medley relay All-American; 800-yard freestyle relay All-American Honorable Mention; 400-yard freestyle relay All-American Honorable Mention…Earned the following finishes at SSC Championships: seventh in the 50-yard freestyle (23.96); 14^th in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.00); 16^th in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.73); and eighth in the 100-yard freestyle (52.49)…Set the SSC overall record as part of the 200-free relay (1:32.93) in a fifth-place finish at NCAAs…Broke the SSC Championship meet record as part of the 200-free relay (1:33.05), 200-medley relay (1:42.53) and 400-meldey relay (3:45.75) teams…Set a new school record as part of the 200-free relay team…Set a career best time in the 500-yard freestyle (5:20.51) at the Shark Invitational…Additional top finishes: first in the 100-free (54.63) and second in the 50-free (25.15) versus Rollins; and fourth in the 200-free (2:02.29) against Lynn.

Swam for Casey Heinin at Los Osos High School (2010-2014)… Played water polo for three years.
