Biography
AS A JUNIOR* (2020)
Despite a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sharks went 13-1 and achieved a program-best No. 3 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national ranking, and Djordjevic made the most of her opportunities … Was a perfect 4-0 (1-0 SSC) in singles at the No. 5 and No. 6 slots, handily earning victories against Georgia College (2/8), Eckerd (2/21), Daemen (3/10) and sweeping Davenport’s Lillian Mouw (2/23) … Was also perfect at 5-0 on the doubles courts, playing four at No. 3 and one at No. 2, largely partnered with Isabella Lowrey – highlighted by a 6-2 win over No. 24 Wayne State’s Sabrina Laynes and Irena van Meer (3/7) … Again named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, earned a repeat D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award and notched her third Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete accolades … Inducted into the inaugural class of NSU’s Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society for student-athletes.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019)
Played in 11 matches during her second year with the Sharks, aiding NSU to its best season since 2007 with a 22-5 record and final No. 6 ranking … Playing in four different flights from No. 3 to No. 6, tallied a 5-3 (2-3 SSC) singles record, including a 6-2, 6-2 win over No. 25 Wayne State’s Brianna Douglas (3/11), a 6-2, 6-0 run past Lauren Stuckey at Florida Tech (3/30) and a perfect sweep of Eckerd’s Bailey Koronich (4/14) … She was also battling from ahead 6-0, 2-0 before the match was clinched against Clark Atlanta in NSU’s first NCAA postseason victory since 2009 … Was a perfect 4-0 (2-0) in doubles, notching conference wins over Florida Tech’s Stuckey and Dina Dragoljic, 6-4, and Eckerd’s Koronich and Theo Schultz … Named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, earned the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award and repeated as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete.
