AS A SOPHOMORE* (2020)
Jumped right into the lineup during her first season at NSU, helping the Sharks to a program-high No. 3 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national ranking on a 13-1 record … Despite a campaign shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic, recorded a 6-4 (3-0 SSC) mark in the second, third and fourth singles flights, while largely pairing with Daniela Obando in the second and first doubles flights for an 11-2 doubles (4-0 SSC) doubles record … Named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll and received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
PREVIOUS SCHOOL:
Played her freshman season at Division I Troy in Alabama along with 2020 NSU teammate Celia Montero Estevan … Went 9-7 in doubles play in the first two flights - for her efforts, she and partner Matea Mihaljevic garnered second-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors in doubles during her rookie campaign … Went 14-17 in singles for the Trojans, playing largely at No. 2 singles … Won seven of her final nine Sun Belt outings at Troy, and also picked up Fall victories that year over Florida, Ole Miss, and East Tennessee State.
