2026 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in six meets for NSU…highlighted by a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase (11:43.08) at the Sunshine State Conference Championships…also earned a first-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the NSU Alumni Invitational…placed third in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements meet…posted a season-best steeplechase time of 11:43.08…also competed in the 1500 meters and 800 meters throughout the season.
2025 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Appeared in six meets for NSU... placed first in the 3,000 meter stampede (12:06.22) at the NSU Shark Invitational (2/28)... placed first and ran a personal best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:58.95) at the St. Thomas Invitational (3/07)... ran a personal best in the 800 meters (2:32.46s) at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements Classic (4/3-5).
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended and ran cross country and track at Williamsville East High School.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Darren and Katy Ascone... has one sibling, Lilly... majoring in Entrepreneurship & Management... likes NSU the most because the community that I see between students here at NSU... named her parents as the most influential people in her life.
