Appeared in seven meets for NSU... broke the school record in the 1,500 meters (4:40.06) at the Tampa Track Invite (2/22)... placed fourth in the 800 meters and placed second in the 1,500 meters (4:40.90) at the NSU Shark Invitational (2/28)... placed first in the 800 meters (2:19.42) and placed third in the 1,500 meters (4:44.70) at the St. Thomas Invitational (3/07)... Finished in second for the 1,500 meters (4:34.96) and third in the 800 meters (2:17.51)... ran a personal best in the 800 meters (2:14.58) at the UCF Invite (4/25-26).
2024 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
Appeared in seven meets for NSU... finished fourth in the 3,000 meters and ninth in the 5,000 meters at the UCF Black and Gold Invite (3/15-3/16)...finished as the runner-up in the 1,500 meter race at the Hurricane Invitational (3/23)... garnered another top 10 finish in the 1,500 meters at the South Florida Invitational (4/5-4/6)... won the 1,500 meters race with a time of 4:48.56 and finished as the runner up in the 4 by 400 relay at the STU Open 3 (4/19)... ran a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:22.09 at the East Coast Relays (4/26-4/27).
2023 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in seven meets for NSU...ran a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Tampa Spartans Classic (3/3) with a time of 18:18.99... ran a personal best in the 3,000 meters and finished top five of the Hurricane Invitational (3/17-3/18) with a time of 10:22.48... ran a personal best at the UNF East Coast Relays (4/28-4/29) with a time of 4:42.37.

Attended and ran cross country and track at Incarnate Word Academy.

Daughter of Josh and Julie Toal... has two siblings, Elyssa and Molly... majoring in Nursing... named her mother as the most influential person in her life because she has shown her how to be a girl boss.
