2026 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in five meets for NSU…highlighted by a fourth-place finish in the 10,000 meters (37:49.56) at the Sunshine State Conference Championships…also recorded a seventh-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge…posted a season-best 5,000 meters time of 18:14.78 at the Tampa Spartans Open…added an eighth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements meet…also competed in the 1500 meters at the NSU Alumni Invitational.

Attended E.O. Smith High School where she ran track, cross country, swam and played soccer.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Jon and Amy Stygar... has one sibling, Jayden... majoring in Exercise & Sport Science... most memorable athletic achievement was making New Englands in cross country and ending her high school career with a PR in the two mile... names her parents as the most influential people in her life.
